Pay with bank option

I buy items daily from ebay using PayPal, my preferred option is to pay with current account rather than card as it takes 2 days to go out of my account rather than instantly.

Some days this option is not available when the wallet options are loaded, the only option I see is to use card.  If I wait a few hours, sometimes upto 24 hours the option reappears without making any changes, then randomly it disappears again.

Is there any reason for this?  I contacted PayPal they said I need a backup card on account to use bank as a payment option but here already is a valid card on file.

I understand your concern about make a payment using preferred payment method. Please be informed that each time you make a payment from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved. If the system deems a payment to be a potentially high risk, the system may limit the payment options or block the payment from going through all together. We really wouldn't be able to say what may have caused in this case. However, potential triggers include a variance in the login location and computer ID, or multiple unsuccessful payment attempts within the same day, mismatching your personal information between your bank and PayPal account. In this case, please try again at later time by clearing cache and cookies to see if that works.
