Pay in four charged twice on top of full payment.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask about this but I made a purchase through Bath and Body Works and wanted to use Pay in Four. The pay in 4 went through twice but then I was redirected to the checkout on B&BW website. I ended up somehow just paying the full amount in one payment, and only got one order confirmation from them. Looking at my PayPal account it looks like the first Pay in 4 transaction went through with another payment scheduled for next month. The second transaction is still pending for authorization. Usually when this has happened I've gotten a refund within a day. I've reached out to CS with no response yet, but is there anything else I can do in the meantime?

I understand your recent payment went through multiple times, and I'm sorry to hear that. I know you mentioned you've already reached out to Customer Support, but in this situation, that would be the best option. If you still haven't received a response, you can review a few different options for contacting Customer Support on our Help Center here
