I purchased with pay in 4 and have completed the payments before the refund process started. There was pending status on the refund, but has removed after days. It also shown that the refund was completed on the app as well. With that, I have received an email says that the refund was completed and it should shown on my PayPal Balance. However, it is not shown on my PayPal Balance. I have read all the q&a about the refund process of the pay in 4, it only explains on when the pay in 4 is still in the process. Also, in those explanations, it says refund will be on PayPal Credit which I do not have. Is this different from what PayPal Balance is?
