Pay in 4 pending but no order confirmed. Charged my bank twice for failed checkout online

I'm sorry to hear you've both had difficulty making purchases using Pay in 4. If the second transaction is only processed as an authorization, it should automatically void out after around 72 hours. You can learn more on our Help Center here. If you don't see it automatically void, then we may need to look into other options. The merchant could process a refund quickly, but if they do not respond to you, a duplicate payment dispute might help. I would suggest reaching out to Customer Support to explore the different options before filing a dispute, though, just to see if anything can be done first.
