Pay in 4 pending but no order confirmed. Charged my bank twice for failed checkout online

Hi, i just made an attempted checkout on kogan.com and chose pay in 4. Able to select preferred card to pay with but before being able to transact first payment it returned me to kogan checkout to select payment method again. I thought it didn't go through so i tried again and it brought me back again to kogan. Few seconds later my bank texts me twice that the same amount has been deducted. I checked PayPal and it said pending authorisation. No order #or emails from cogan confirming my order and i already tried looking for cust serv # but they don't have it and i just sent them a couple of contact form inquiries. Tried cancelling or disputing on PayPal but they said i cant do it for those transactions and to contact merchant. Dont know what to do, pls let me know if this happened to you and what solutions were given or how long it took.

I'm sorry to hear you've both had difficulty making purchases using Pay in 4. If the second transaction is only processed as an authorization, it should automatically void out after around 72 hours. You can learn more on our Help Center here. If you don't see it automatically void, then we may need to look into other options. The merchant could process a refund quickly, but if they do not respond to you, a duplicate payment dispute might help. I would suggest reaching out to Customer Support to explore the different options before filing a dispute, though, just to see if anything can be done first.
