I'm sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with a Pay in 4 plan. I know this can be frustrating. Have you reviewed the full plan start to finish?
Just log into your PayPal account, go to Pay in 4, and click on the specific Pay in 4 plan you want to see. There you can see the amounts of your previous payments in your Plan Activity. You can also see the amounts of upcoming payments by clicking See Upcoming Payments. Also, you can read our Help Centre article here. After reviewing the plan in full, if the issue is still not resolved, you will need to contact us by phone. You can obtain the phone number for your region by clicking Help at the bottom of the PayPal website.
