Pay In 4 issues

I purchased an online product which is a downloadable file by paying the ‘pay in 4’, after the purchasing done, I still have not received the product, which means I still can’t download the file, so should I dispute the case to get the money back to cancel the whole payment schedule?

I am sorry to hear you have not received your item. If 7 days have passed, and you have not received your item, I would suggest you open a dispute. 

 

Simply follow the steps here to open a dispute.
