Hello, I am reporting this here cos can't find any written way to contact Paypal support. I am trying to complete eve online purchase but can't complete the purchase after log in robot complain about unknown human activity and stay on loop to change password. Changed password. Logged it it force again to change password cos human activity. I even changed the password from the pay pal app. Still web interface complain u known human activity and reguest new password. Is this now the user account problem limit or something with visa purchases or is this eve-online.com global trade problem? Cheers from Finland Jan.2023

When logging in, please ensure you're using one consistent device with your location services turned on and that you're avoiding using a hosting IP/VPN. Clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different device may also help.
To dispute a duplicate payment, you can follow the steps in our Help Center here. However, if you're still unable to log in, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options.
