So I have paid twice for an item on ebay. Both times I have received an email confirmation to say payment has been made and waiting for authorisation on the other end. Yet when I go onto my PayPal there is nothing in recent transactions and the site which I purchased from (ebay) is saying I haven't paid! Not sure what to do next. I don't want the seller thinking I'm a scammer either and just cancelling and relisting. Likewise I don't want to keep paying!
