Paid out payment was not updated in my PayPal's Wallet

I was informed of receiving payment from my renting service, but such payment has not been updated in my PayPal's Wallet.  I had no issues in the past.  2 weeks ago I received one payment, and the next day it was in my PayPal's wallet and able to withdraw.  I am wondering what should be the reason.  No other convenience routes to contact PayPal customer services.  Note: AI response from the customer services are not right to the needed help.
