I used PayPal to purchase online and at first it says pending payment then the next day, it says my "Visa **** declined your payment but we were happy to pay it for you. You haven't been charged." and below, it says "Paid by Paypal". Has anyone experienced this? What happens next? Will they try charging my card after some time again?
