Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that your son used your credentials on his account. Is your son's account currently limited? If so, that may present a difficulty. If not, your son may be able to close the account to allow your ability to link your information.

Hi @Stornin, 

Thank you for your reply. If your account is limited, you will not be able to withdraw funds until the limitation is resolved or after the waiting period has elapsed, which can be up to 180 days from the date of the limitation. Once the waiting period has passed, you will be sent instructions to withdraw your remaining funds.
