URGENT! Hey guys A friend payed the debt he owed me through PayPal. I had not used PayPal before and this was a one off payment I received from them. This was over 25 days ago and the payments still in the balence pending section of my PayPal. I cannot build up my PayPal history as I do not use PayPal this was a account just to get debt payed from someone I know now living overseas. PLEASE HELP!!
