good morning...i just to ask about my account..when im trying to send fund to my friend..it keeps on saying " WE JUST NEED SOME ADDITIONAL TO CONFIRM ITS YOU, CONFIRM USING PAYPAL APP" what should i do..its been 2013 ive been using this...THANK YOU

Hi @markuz110,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into confirmation prompts when attempting to send a payment. It's possible that some element of risk was detected, requiring confirmation. If you have safely logged in on the official PayPal website or the app, you should complete the confirmation steps to allow the payment.
