HI GUYS! ITS BEEN A DAY, I CANT TRANSFER I THINK I TRIGGERED THE PAYPAL SECURITY TO MY ACCOUNT IN LINKING MY CARDS. I cant TRANSFER MONEY IT SAYS “THERE IS A PROBLEM, RIGHT NOW WE CANT COMPLETE THIS TRANSACTION”. ANYONE WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUE? What did you do? I badly need the money asap. Pls send some help or advice. The customer service is very bad.

I have same issue. From Mozambique.. But I have friend here and his account is working... We are using same bank account. and my bank account is working in all other websites. Only paypal have this issue
