PAYMENT HOLD and VERIFICATION

i had received a payment of $325 from a site about 26 days ago from today but it was hold on straight 21 days. but when its been completed 21 days. paypal restricted many things to my account like withdraw my money too and i was asked to upload my dociments for my verification and i uploaded my passport details about 4 days ago, but its still under review. i wanna ask u guys that how much time does it usually takes in completing this review.

Guess that depends on how busy they are, I would allow a few weeks and if no change contact customer services for an update?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
