Over 21 days funds are still on hold.

I am working freelance overseas and have received my salary via paypal. however, PayPal held my funds and I don't have access to it. I tried calling them and was able to speak with several representatives and was told to wait for 21 days. It has been 21 days now but the funds are still on hold.

I'm sorry to hear that your funds have been on hold for more than 21 days. I understand how concerning this would be. Now that it has been more than 21 days, if you haven't done so already, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support again. They should be able to let you know if there is anything additional that needs to be done in order to release the funds. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
