Hi @doodiek,
Welcome to the PayPal Community.
To check if a PayPal payment was completed, you can visit the Activity section of your Paypal account. This should show as 'Complete'.
Also, when you make a purchase, you should receive an automatic email from PayPal confirming this. Generally, the seller or merchant will also send an email confirming your purchase.
I would recommend also reaching out to the seller/merchant if you are unable to confirm your order.
