Order Delivery Status / Tracking Information

I'm trying to add the order status as completed, but no matter the device or anything I cannot release my payments and confirm its been delivered to the buyer.

When I try to say its been delivered it comes up with 'Looks like something's not right That's an invalid tracking number.' even though I haven't pressed or entered anything.

 Please help....

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know you are unable to update the order status on a transaction. Not to worry, I suggest trying to perform the same action on a new browser. If the issue persists, please contact PayPal support for better assistance.
