In this case, please clear cache and cookies and try using different browser or device to see if that works. Please make sure that the name should match in both accounts if it's your first time initiating a transfer. If you have any questions about M-Pesa/Thunes or if the issue still persist, you will have to get in touch with M-Pesa support to know the exact reason for this issue.
