On-Hold Donation/Required Money

I do not run a business nor am I a seller, this is donation money for a discord server called 'Method Gaming' and is required to keep my sever up, if i do not get this money this will result in the closure of the server and I will be seeking alternatives to PayPal as this is completely unnecessary. I do not want to move to a different way of receiving maintenance funds because of the simplicity but if this continues I will do it. I just need my payment to be brought off of hold and a way to turn the seller tools off since yet again I am not a seller.

This just tells me I'm a seller when I'm not. None of these issues are also present its just a random hold.
