Not seeing my usual payment options when I want to pay an invoice

When I try to make a payment for an invoice the only payment option coming up is my bank, which makes no sense as I don't use my bank to pay, I use my debit or credit cards which are all active in the account. Any ideas why this is happening? Is there an issue on the sellers side?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
