Not receive any money in my bank account after transaction completed ( withdraw)

HI PAYPAL center

i withdraw my fund from paypal to my bank account, the system said the transfer is completed on 23th November, but right now don't receive any money in my bank account. what should i do ?

could you please give us an assistance?
