Not able to receive pending money from paypal

Hello I received a payment from course hero on 26th July but at that time my bank account was not linked to paypal so I got a mail from paypal to update my missing information otherwise money will be sent back to the sender after 1 month.so I updated my bank account but now I am not able to understand what should I do to get my money back. Please help me.
