Not able to receive payment from client and receiving no support from Paypal

I got a mail from my client stating "We tried processing your payments on 27th September 2021 for the projects approved in the previous month, but we have received an error message. Please contact PayPal customer representative and fix the issue so that the payment will get released." I received a mail from Paypal with the message "Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 27 October 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender."

Despite trying all possible ways I'm not able to figure out what the problem is. So requesting someone who knows what's going on to help me out.
