No refund - raise dispute?

Recently bought some clothes from a large well known clothing company via my PayPal account. I returned some of the items but, over 14 days later, I still have had no refund. Contacted company with proof of postage and tracking number which shows goods received by them more than 14 days ago - was simply told “we’ll get to it - patience”. How can I raise this with PayPal to ask them to help resolve? None of the options in the resolution centre seem to fit with this scenario. Thank you.

Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR items received but not as described.

If you just returned the items as you changed your mind and didn't want them then that does not come under paypals buyer protection policy unfortunately.

You still have the option of a c.c. chargeback if your card issuer agrees and you funded your paypal payment that way OR small claims court?
