No reason full refund

Hi all,

 

I have been using my Paypal account to receive payment from Envato.

 

On 15th Feb. I received payment as normal. But, on 16th Feb. all my money were refunded.

 

Please help me out, I want to give my money back.

Thank you for your response. I submitted a few tickets and provided proof but they closed all of these without clearly information.
