No "Cash a Check" on Paypal wallet

I got the PayPal app, signed in and went to the wallet section. There is no link to click on to cash a check. I read that my personal account should have that feature. What do I do?

It doesn't explain why my pp account doesn't have the cash a check option in my wallet for my personal account in the pp app.
