"We couldn't process your payment. To solve this issue check your account or contact us". I'm overseas and I normally used PayPal from my home country. Why doesn't it allow me to pay? There was no possibility to write PayPal directly. Thank you!

While travelling internationally, PayPal actually doesn't always guarantee the ability to use your account since it's normally considered a bit higher risk than the usual activity in your account history.
Depending on what the security system sees, you may still have limited functionality but it's not uncommon to run into issues while travelling outside your home country.
This is because PayPal is country specific and if you move countries you have to close and open a new account in your new country.
Advice is voluntary.
