I recently opened a bank account and got my Visa Prepaid Debit card. I linked it to my paypal and everything works fine, except for the fact that i can't withdraw money from paypal to my card. The card doesn't show up in the Instant nor Standard even though i "activated" it.
I am from Serbia and i didn't receive any other card from my bank because this one is used for everything..
I also had the same problem with my PayPal personal account this evening. I can see that you've posted this since 1st of this month, April; if you've been able to get this issue resolve, please reply with how you've been able to solve it. I hope to hear from you again
