After adding my mastercard and verifying it with number from the bank i thought i would be able to receive money from other people on PayPal. If i buy it works all right to purchase anything, but to receive i cannot receive from anyone as if my account was limited. The support said its the "Paypal security system" , like whats this??? My account is verified with cc and everything.
the same thing is happening to me. someone tried to send me money and it says its not verified but it is verified and every time i contact support, they say it will come in a few days, and its been 10. they said max 5.
