Nigeria Merchant PayPal Account

I own a Nigeria PayPal business account, that i open to use with my woocommerce store, but i've always been using the account to make payment and haven't tried to receive payment with it, but recently i try to use it for my adsterra payout and the status from adsterra ends is that it has been sent but when i check my PayPal account, it's yet to reflect. What can i do?

Firstly the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.

Secondly you have not opened a Nigerian account which is what you should have done, you have opened a paypal account registered in  St. Pierre & Miquelon. Its against Paypal rules to try and use another Paypal account as not only won't it not work for you but that countries paypal account equally is a 'send only' country and can't receive paypal payments same as a Nigerian account.

I really appreciate your response and time.

This simply means i will have to close my PayPal account since it can't be useful for my woocommerce website, but concerning the country of registration, it's Lagos, Nigeria and not the St. Pierre & Miquelon, it's displaying on my community profiles, i don't know what's up with that.
