Add or withdraw money .I’m new to PayPal and have sent item and customer had received,the money has been sent by customer but I’m unable to transfer to my bank account…Any help please?

Are the funds showing in your paypal account and the transaction in your transaction history OR are you relying on an email to say the buyer has paid?
