Why my brother paid for instant pay for $160 and then I paid for instant pay to my bank account I'm new to PayPal but it never said I had to wait 24 hours when I click the instant pay button

PayPal sucks I've had them for 5 hours and I won't have them for another 5 hours cash app cash app cash app or chime or venmo they're the best
