I have someone wanting a refund on an item 5$ worth, so would be a parish refund from her purchase. I do not keep a balance on paypal so her refund shows a negative balance. We are still in the works of figuring out if she wants to send the item back or have me do a partial refund, and I had someone pay an invoice which then went to my negative balance. Did that go to the lady trying to get a refund? Her refund amount is not the amount she is requesting so I'm confused where that payment went.
