Negative balance, but PayPal already has made the debit from my bank

Hello,

A few weeks ago I ordered Uber Eats from PayPal. I had 0€ balance on my PayPal account. After a few days, I didnt have enough funs on my bank as well to cover this. So my balance went 18.62€ negative. A week or so after, the exact same amount of money was taken from my bank account; so I thought "Great! My PayPal is no longer negative". It's been 6 days and my balance remains negative. Why?

Allow 5-7 working days as payments from bank accounts go as echeques via ACH in batches.
