Negative Transactions

So i bought something and my account went in the negative some time later paypal took the money from my bank account but for some reason the paypal account is still in the negative so i thought the transaction wasn't completed yet and waited some time but my issue hasn't been resolved yet

Echeques take 5-7 days to process through to your paypal account balance to clear any negative balance.
