Am from Montana and need do a transaction to a person in india who has not linked his paypal account with bank account yet. Is it possible for the money to sent.
Hello @Rahul712 Yes, you can send the money to the recipient in India. He will be able to view the payment but he wont be able to withdraw the money. He will have to add and confirm a bank account in order to withdraw and please make sure the recipient has his email ID confirm on his PayPal account. -Kamal
