Need help in contacting the support in order to track a transaction.

Hi! I did a transaction from PayPal to my USD account linked with with my wise account on 21st but I haven’t received it yet and wise is not able to trace any of such transaction and paypal says it’s completed. Now I am confused whenever I try to contact the support that AI bot appears and doesn’t help at all and always say all customer support assistants are busy at the moment.
