Need help getting paid

Someone one has tried to send me money. After womanhood days the transaction gets canceled. How do I approve it? Why is it pending?

If you do not accept or claim the money, the sender can cancel it. It’s pending because it’s waiting for you to accept it. 

When you receive email from PayPal that you have money to accept/claim, follow directions on the email to accept payment. Or log on to your account on PayPal website and there should be a blue panel with “Accept the money” on it. OR click the pending payment to reveal transaction details where you can perform certain tasks.

Thank you,  I see the problem. My bank account has not been verified, so I can't receive the money. I will need help getting that done. If they sent me a few cents two years ago, I don't know. Can this be verified anothercway?
