Yesterday by mistake I sent $150 to a wrong number. How do I get it back? I sent the text message to the recipient but she is not responding.

Can't advise unless you say how you sent it ie which paypal option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
