I recently got a refund but it was credited back to my old visa card that’s not refundable. I need to get the money on my PayPal account or debit how can I do it? Thanks so much!
The card has to be refundable. Do you mean the card is a non-reloadable? Non-reloadable cards are refundable—the transaction is simply reversed and just means the balance of card is a set balance and can’t add more to it. Refunds may take longer to be posted to the card, but call the card company for assistance.
