I have over $3000 on hold by paypal for some work I've already done for a client but paypal put them under review to make sure she actually sent the money. It's been over 48 hours. The first payment was released so I went to transfer it to my debit card and paypal put another hold on it! Now I can't find that payment. It's been pulled from her bank but it's not in mine. So where is my money? Why is paypal holding my money hostage? I have two kids and bills to pay but my money is in limbo where I can't touch it. What can I do to get my money now?
