My payment is still on hold despite being delivered?

Hey, So I had sold an Item to another user of Paypal.
The payment was on hold until a day after delivery plus I needed to add shipping details.
I have spoken to the person who has bought the item and they have gotten and are happy with the item.
I am wondering why this payment is still on hold?
