My payment has been pending for security reasons for a week

A week ago a regular client paid me as they do every month. The payment was marked as "pending for security reasons" and still has not come through. It was correctly marked as a business transaction, not friends and family. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service and I get the same form answer. In the meantime, this client has paid other freelancers and I have received other payments. What do I do?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community Forum.
From time to time, PayPal needs to take a little longer to review transactions. You should receive an email if we need further information from you. You will receive email communication when the review is complete. I would not recommend providing the service/item to the buyer until the review is complete.
