Today I’ve refunded my buyers with partial refund option, but my buyers said didn’t receive the refund, my transaction history shown it’s already completed, is there any waiting time for the refunds to arrives?
I understand your concern about a refund. I would like to inform you that refunds are credited to the funding source originally used to make the payment. Refund to cards usually takes 2 to 5 days but may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. If they have paid with their bank account, it can take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process, even if it's marked as Completed.
