I don't normally use PayPal because I am a photographer and function off Venmo or with cash/check. I recently did photos for a University. They requested a credit card be taken with an invoice. So I signed up for PayPal because that seemed easiest. They paid but now I can't access the funds because I am on hold. I won't be using PayPal again for a while so I can't verify my position as a seller through transactions. How do I get my money? I mean, I gave them literally ALLL of my personal information. Can't they believe its me?
Also I have been waiting on the phone for twenty minutes now with no response. Paypal, your customer service sucks.
