My funds are still on hold after arrival?

Hey team I'm new to using PayPal and I've sold some items on a site and I'm waiting for the funds to be released the packages have been delivered. I've still not received a payment any help or advice?

You mean the funds are showing in your paypal balance but on hold?

I hope you don't mean the funds are not showing at all?
