Please can anyone advise?

 

Posted a claim for product received was not as described.

 

Provided information on the issue.

Paypal sent email today requesting further information with end date of 4th March

 

When accessing my account the case has been closed and will not allow me to respond?

I'm sorry to hear of the frustration and confusion that you're encountering with a dispute. I'll be happy to help!

 

A case might close for a few reasons. The one that I hope is the reason is the seller may have agreed to a full refund, which would close the case. If that did not occur, please contact Customer Service to investigate what happened. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
