My confirmed bank acct is not showing up as an option for transfers

My confirmed bank acct isnt showing up as an option when I try to accept or send money.

Is it a physical bank and not a virtual/digital bank.

Is it registered in the U.S?

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?
