My client sent me money, but I never received it. The amount was debited from her account.

My country is France. I have a personal account. I have used Paypal several times, and with the same client and this has never happened to me.

Double check the email address the funds were sent to and make sure there were no spelling errors or typos.

Make sure they sent in a currency you have as a receiving currency on your paypal account.

Lastly if you can't locate it ask the sender what it says on the transaction on their paypal account and post back with the answer?
